I heard few years ago, world is coming to an end in 2012. Dont know how much true
it is, so far nothing extraordinary happened. But definitely 2012 has a significance
in my life. Many decisions taken went wrong. does it mean, I did not read the situaton
thorougly? was I over optimistic? Did I jump into a conclusion without proper judgement?
Was I overconfident in taking decisions? whatever might be the reason, the result is I am
suffering and it is extremely painful.

Success, Health, Happiness are the three things which I always want to be along with me.
Strange but true, I donno why these three friends of mine are staying away from me
this year. I never had any quarrel with them, nor did I make a argument with them.

This year gave a learning experiance that never ignore what your wellwishers say.
Two of my wellwishers pointed out 2 critical things, regarding my personal and professional
life. I donno why, my eyes were closed, I could not realise the importance of their
concern at that time. But, the impact is being clearly seen. I know it is of no use,
to regret at this moment, but a recall of what happened will always help me in not
repeating the mistake again. Does not mean to completely listen what others say.
But pay due attention.

One good thing is, I have maintained my cool as always.I always maintained a meaningful silence when things are going against me, When people started blaming me unnecessarily
though it is their fault. I always stayed away from people who are always with problems.

Pain...

Because no matter how hard you try or how bad you want to, you can't. That pain just stays in place. Then, if you are lucky, one small tear may escape from those eyes that water constantly. That one tear, that tiny, salty, droplet of moisture is a means of escape. Although it's just a small tear, it is the heaviest thing in the world. And it doesn't do a damn thing to fix anything.”

Betrayal: When Someone You Love Betrays You

It is bad enough when a stranger or foe betrays you, but when it is someone you believed to be a close and trusted friend, partner, or spouse, it is especially hurtful. It might feel like you were taken advantage of, deceived, humiliated, despised, cheated, or stabbed in the back. Oftentimes it comes as a surprise. That is why it is so painful. You would not expect to be hurt so badly from someone you thought you could trust. So you are left in disbelief and unbelievable pain.

Anyone who has experienced betrayal in a relationship knows how difficult it is to recover from such an experience. The person you thought you could trust and count on is no longer the person you believed them to be. So you wonder what happened. Were you just wrong about them all along or did something change? Maybe your relationship changed and so did their loyalty to you. Maybe something in either or both of your lives has changed and they became insensitive to you. Or, maybe you both grew apart and in different directions.

There are many reasons that cause people to betray one another. Sometimes they are very deliberate and intended to hurt the other person. And sometimes they are consequences of choices that are made with no intention of doing any harm to anyone. Looking out for one’s own best interests can cause some people to disregard relationships they once valued. They may feel the relationship is in the way or not as important anymore. Feelings change. And as feelings change so do one’s actions and choices. An individual that feels their needs are not being met in a relationship might feel that the relationship is no longer important or worth investing in. Therefore, they might seek to get their needs met elsewhere. This changes the relationship. Eventually, it grows apart and opportunities for betrayal emerge.

Betrayal is a destructive force that leaves many ruins in its path. Betrayal changes everything. Relationships and all those affected will never be the same again. The damage done can be irreparable. Trust is lost. Wounds run deep. Anger persists. Hearts are broken. Self-protective walls are erected. Pain is long and lasting. And we wonder…. Can trust ever be restored? Do wounds ever heal? Will anger cease to exist? Can hearts be repaired? Will the self-protective walls ever come down? Does the pain ever go away?

Not only does betrayal change relationships, it changes individuals. Something happens inside of them. They might find it difficult to ever trust again. They might be more guarded and protective of themselves for fear of being vulnerable again. They might learn to be more discerning and less naïve. Their expectations of others may change. They may reflect on their own role and responsibility in the relationship and what went wrong. They might try to understand, empathize, and forgive. They may be motivated to grow from the experience and learn more about themselves and others.

The pain of betrayal is very real and has a significant impact on the lives of all those who have experienced it. It is one of those painful life experiences that have the power to change people’s hearts and lives forever. If you have ever been betrayed, you cannot change what has happened to you or make the pain go away. You need time to grieve and feel angry. You need time to be comforted and encouraged. You also need time to restore your faith in yourself and others. Betrayal hurts and there is no fast and easy way to heal from its affects. It takes more than time. It takes a heart that will not harden. It takes a commitment to believe in others again. Relationships do change as a result of betrayal; but ultimately, how it changes you is what matters most.

Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least…

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.  When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.

He then asked the students, if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of small pebbles and poured them into the jar.   He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open spaces between the golf balls.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full.  They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous 'YES.'

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space between the sand.  The students laughed.

'Now,' said the professor,   as the laughter subsided, ‘I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the most important things - family, children, health, friends, and favorite passions – things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, house, and car.

The sand is everything else --The small stuff.

'If you put the sand into the jar first,' He continued, there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life.

If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

So pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your partner out to dinner. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal.  'Take care of the golf balls first - The things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled. 'I'm glad you asked'. It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with your dear ones.'

Write,write, write,,, till the pain goes away. I cannot pretend to be brave. Just to convince people, just to keep them happier, just to see smile on their face, just to maintain a relationship with them, just to understand them, just to never let them know how much I get hurt by their deeds. I am left alone without their support. I am finding it difficult to sustain when forces hit me hard from every direction. My team members started developing hatred towards me making assumptions for which I am not responsible. Way back in my college days, when I was least bothered about what people think, when I was completely irresponsible, everyone liked me. Now, when I am concerned about people around me, they started to move away. For god ‘s sake, how can they forget the good I did to them. Am I expecting more from them? Way back in my college days, when I have little of around 500 bucks in hand for a complete month to spend, I had food of my liking, I did purchase what I wish to, I made phone calls unlimited to stay in touch with dear ones, I was a rockstar. Today,  It’s a busy world.

10 lessons I learnt..in recent times

1) Do not forget, You are paid for your work.


2) Be polite to your managers, coz they are the one who decide your growth.

3) Too much is non sense. Never show emotional excitement. It will fetch you nothing.

4) Use common sense when dealing with people. You ll find solutions for yourself.

5) Do not run away from problems. True meaning of life is found once you face/overcome them.

6) Kill fear. If you fear doing something..that is well and good. But if the same fear
is stopping you from achieving something, then you ll definitely have to make a move.
Never do a mistake (or) commit a sin knowingly, that is where fear starts.

7) You need not concentrate on things which are not important.

8) If you love to have problems in your life, get into relationship with a gal.

9) never have a discussion on personal matters with colleagues, family members or friends
during working hours.

10) Express your opinion what you feel on a given circumstance. do not manipulate.
Atleast you ll be happy. End of the day, that is what is needed and means more.

I started from office at 4. Train was at 6 10. The moment I reached station, it started raining. I was thinking I shud have reached station a little late,
so that i would have drowned in rain:(. compartment is completely crowded. All thru the journey,
thots were on the incident which I postponed it to monday, looks like it will not create a problem i feel like i can complete by monday morning onsite time.

samuel called me up, he informed that there is strike goin on today and complete support from public was shown. I inquired him on the reasons for bandh.
He quoted few examples which are worth of giving a thot. He says it was found that out of 46 members working in AP bhavan, 44 are from andhra.
out of 64 members working in other respective designations around 95 percent were found to be andhraites. Out of frustration he said to see the
discrimination between telangana and andhra people in such important positions which decides he fate of the state. I tried telling him, we are not right person to
judge the decision and even our opinions will not count. He was not happy with my statement, he said you never were continuouly in AP over the past 4 years,
you were either in Hyd, chennai or elsewhere. You dont know the real situation in Telangana. then we had discussion on Emraan Hashmi songs...Haal e dil song is my
favorite these days. He was reiterating that problem with emraan hashmi songs is they will be hearing wise brilliant,
problem starts when you come across situation of watching the video with ur family. I inquired about the delivery date of his wife,
Being such a close pal of mine, I could not attend his marriage last year, as I was engaged wih some other priority work.

Samuel, Such a wonderful human being he is, he is so intelligent, The way he analyse any given situation is superlative. i ll have to write a essay of testimonial
to mention about qualities of this guy. I ll keep it for future blog..to continue on his.


Quality of life depends on quality of thoughts. Quality of thoughts depends on quality of people we meet.

I feel I am blessed to meet few quality people in my life, I could learn something or the other from each one.

Funny incidents which are ruling life these days.

1) cheppina imporant vishayan patinchu kokunda...has become a house hold word of entire gang.

5) hey nenu technical ga strong, grammatical ga poor! program half an hour lo rastha..mail rayadaniki 1hr thesukunta..he he

Management said, they would be releasing promotion letters. Now that will be a testing day for me. As per the process, people get their promotion after 5 yrs of service.
But people who performs exceptionally, such cases associates who fall in such category will be promoted, overriding he existing norms.
Given my attitude, I am wondering how would i react if I am not promoted in this cycle of appraisal, I am such a freak that I would expect nothing but
the best. I need promotion, I want top rating, I want onsite,what not!
